About

The two cookbooks featured were created by Marine family members and supporters of our injured service members and the Semper Fi Fund.  It is our hope that these cookbooks will further support the Fund’s mission of standing by those who have served our country with courage and enormous sacrifice!

It is important that we remember that the injuries sustained by these brave men and women during our recent wars will require our support for years to come; and in some instances, for the rest of their lives.

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund (IMSFF) Cookbook Fundraiser and the Recipes From Across the World cookbooks were created by Marine family members and friends to raise funds for the Semper Fi Fund.

The Semper Fi Fund was created by a group of Marine Corps spouses in early 2004, and those same women run the Fund today, alongside other spouses from all service branches and retired service members, all of whom intimately know the needs of our military families. They have been by our injured and ill service members’ sides from day one, helping them as they navigate lengthy recoveries and rejoin their communities.

The Semper Fi Fund supports qualifying post-9/11 Marines, Sailors, Soldiers, Airmen, Coast Guardsmen, and reservists with amputations, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury (TBI), severe post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), burns, blindness, other physical injuries, or those suffering from life-threatening illnesses. They also help spouses and children of active duty service members who face a life-threatening illness or injury.

The cookbooks sell for $10/ea. plus shipping and handling via media mail, the most economical way of shipping. They are also available at the US Naval Academy, the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico, Virginia, the Marine Corps Association in Quantico, Virginia, the USS Midway in San Diego, California, and Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville, Md. and Severna Park, Md.
