As many of you know, we had to cancel our last day of our weekend fundraiser at Homestead Gardens because of the weather. We are doing another one on Saturday, July 21st. at their Davidsonville location. The fundraiser will be from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and, as in the past, we will be raffling gift cards from local business, and selling the cookbooks that raise funds for this great organization. We hope to see you there!
Brio’s Tuscan Grille’s Fundraiser for the Semper Fi Fund at their Annapolis Town Center location is tomorrow. Don’t miss an opportunity to eat great Italian food and support this great organization that will support our injured service members for life.
Brio’s will donate 10% of everything ordered from their regular menu, including non-alcoholic drinks. Bob and I will be there to answer questions about the fund and will have our two cookbooks that raise funds for this organization available for sale. We raised a total of $1453 at both Homestead Gardens locations the past two weekends. Our greatest gratitude to all who participated in the raffle, as well as the many businesses who generously donated gift cards. Our fundraiser for the Semper Fi Fund at Brian Boru’s Restaurant on Monday, April 29th raised $280 plus $101 in donations. If you missed it – no worries – we will be at Killarney House Restaurant in Davidsonville, Md. on Tuesday, May 7th from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for the same type of fundraiser.
There will be a special all-inclusive menu for $25, and if you choose it, Killarney House will donate $10 to the Semper Fi Fund. We will be there also providing information about this great organization that assists injured service members from recent wars for life. I hope to see you there!
